Michelle Friedman has spent her career working with students from kindergarten through the college years. She has worked in various settings including public education, and privately as an academic coach and consultant. Michelle earned her Ed.M. and Certificate of Advanced Studies in Counseling from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She received her BA in Psychology from University of Maryland, College Park.
She is a certified Guidance Counselor in the state of Connecticut. Michelle enjoys volunteering and serves as Co-chair of the parent committee at her children’s preschool and is a board member of !mpaCT, a charitable group supporting child-based non-profit organizations in Connecticut. Michelle uses best practices coupled with her experience as a mother of two children to provide strategies and support to parents.
