Tyler received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in psychology from San Diego State University, as well as her Master’s of Education in Educational Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. She holds a Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology. Currently, she is a certified school psychologist and teacher in CA & GA, and is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP), designation from the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP). Tyler has taught elementary school in southern California for 11 years in grades 1, 2, and 3. She has also worked as a school psychologist and behavior specialist for 7 years serving students in grades Pre-K through 12t h grade, collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams and parents to develop academic and behavioral intervention plans. She is particularly interested in elementary school-aged students, positive behavior supports, academic interventions, and social skills. She believes that learning is a life-long journey; there is always something new to learn! In her spare time she enjoys visiting new places, and hanging out with my animals (dog and horses).
